EasyO Glossary

Welcome to the EasyOChem Interactive Chemistry Glossary.

Feel free to browse our interactive glossary of general and organic chemistry concepts.  Most glossary entries are automatically linked where they appear in our courses.  We are continuously adding and modifying the glossary entries so check back often.  If you would like us to add an entry on a concept you need help with feel free to submit a request in our support system.

This is the lowest temperature possible -273.15 oC. .  If you remember that temperature is a measurement of how much atoms move around in a solid, you can guess that they stop moving entirely at absolute zero.  In reality, bonds still vibrate a little bit, but for the most part you don't see much happening
